SA Country Carers have been supporting Carers in the Country Region of South Australia, extending across Pt Wakefield and light Regional Councils to the District Councils of Mallala , Clare and Gilbert Valley
Established in 1996 with a Hub first located in Clare, SA Country Carers offering support to carers by providing highly competent skilled staff to talk too vital information linkages, connection with peers and some valuable time out.
Due to a response from community SA Country Carers have expanded their services by establishing a hub in Balaklava.

CSN SA consists of the key organisations that provide a range of targeted carer support services to unpaid family carers living in South Australia, and who are committed to using the Carer Support model as the basis underpinning how these services are delivered. Network Members sign an MOU which outlines how the Network operates.
